The family of a well-known baptized Jew is attempting to force the Jewish authorities to permit his burial in a Jewish cemetery. Upon the death of the man the family brought the body to a Jewish cemetery, but the Kehillah would not permit its internment there. The family is now taking legal steps to force the Kehillah to permit a Jewish burial. In the meanwhile the body is unburied.
