Because his wife attempted to force him to eat ham, oysters and other un-kosher food, Max Moss of Upper Court Street, seeks annulment of his marriage to his wife, Mildred M. Moss. Moss alleges that his wife, who is a Jewess, led him to believe she was faithfull to the orthodox Jewish faith, but that after the cememony she violated that religion and attempted to convert him to her beliefs. He asks for annulment on the ground of misrepresentation.
