Praise for the colonies established in Palestine by Rumanian Jews was expressed here by Marcu Beza, Rumanian Consul General in Jerusalem.

Beza, now on leave here, declared that like most of the other Jewish colonies those settled by Rumanian emigrants were prospering. At the same time, he said, these colonists continued to have an astonishing attachment for Rumania. Trade relations between Rumania and Palestine are growing steadily, the consul declared.
