A seminar of religious Zionism, for women, will open in the Jewish Agency offices here next Tuesday and will be held each Tuesday evening thereafter until the end of June, it was announced here today. The seminar will be devoted to the history, ideology and founders of the religious Zionist movement.
The list of speakers includes Professor Bernard Lander, of Hunter College; David Beit-Arie, member of the executive of the Jewish Agency; Isidor Margolit, director of the Mizrachi National Education Committee; Rabbi Zevy Tabory, director of the World Zionist Organization’s Department for Torah Culture and Education in New York; and Dr. Irvin Agus of the Yeshiva University. The seminar is sponsored jointly with the Mizrachi Women’s Organization of America, the Hapoel Hamizrachi Women’s Organization and the Women’s branch of the Union of Orthodox Congregations of America.
