The Senate today confirmed President Kennedy’s nomination of Philip M. Klutznick to serve again as a member of the United States delegation to the United Nations. Mr. Klutznick, who was first appointed last year, will again serve under Ambassador Adlai Stevenson, whose renomination as head of the U.S. delegation was also approved today by the Senate.
