Dr. Gerhart Riegner, secretary general to the World Jewish Congress, announced here that Daniel Lack of Geneva, legal advisor to the W JCongress, has been appointed regional director of the Congress’ European Branch by the W JCongress Executive. He succeeds Dr. Stephen Roth who will continue as the director of the London-based Institute of Jewish Affairs, the research arm of the W JCongress.
