A warning against organizations advertising transmission of funds to individuals in Soviet Russia was issued here yesterday by the general representative of Torgsin in the United States. The warning points out that claims that money orders will be paid in higher rates than the official are incorrect and misleading and that it is illegal to exchange roubles at a rate other than the official. It advises dealing with authorized agents only.
