Chief Rabbi Shabtai Jain, of Monastir, Maccdonia, will leave shortly for America on a special mission on behalf of the World Union of Sephardic Jews, whose headquarters are situated here.
Rabbi Jain has been instructed to establish branches of the Sephardic Union.
