Serbia has made an urgent appeal to Israel for military supplies, according to the London-based newsletter Foreign Report. Quoting Israeli sources, the newsletter says the appeal was made via a senior Israeli diplomat. In addition to what it described as a “shopping list of military equipment,” it says the Serbs are also seeking medical supplies. The Israeli response is not known, but any such sale is likely to be strongly opposed by Washington.
