Funeral services for Moses M. Valentine, who was for many years president and vice president of the National Butchers and Drovers Bank, will be held this morning at the Riverside Memorial Chapel. He was about seventy years old and in good health. A sudden heart attack brought the end.
Before entering the field of banking, Mr. Valentine was a manufacturer of men’s clothing. For a time, he was vice president and director of the Mutual Alliance Trust Company. When the Drovers Bank merged with the Irving Trust Company in 1926, he became its president.
Surviving Mr. Valentine are his widow and two sons, Herbert and Sydney.
