Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for Moshe Elbaum, city editor of the Jewish Daily Forward, who died yesterday at the age of 66. Mr. Elbaum was secretary of the Yiddish Writers Union. He was born in Warsaw and was one of the last Jews to flee that city when the Nazis captured it in 1939. Two years later he fled from the Nazis in Vilna and made his way to Shanghai where he was assistant editor of a weekly published for Jewish refugees. He came to the United States in 1948 and joined the staff of the Jewish Morning Journal. He joined the Forward staff in 1954.
