Three members of the Action Committee on American-Arab Relations will be tried on Feb. 10 on disorderly conduct charges stemming from their burning of an Israeli flag in a demonstration near the Israeli Mission here. Manhattan Criminal Court judge John Brickley dismissed charges yesterday against the three defendants that the act was illegal but denied a motion to dismiss the disorderly conduct charges. In the demonstration, which took place last April 12, Mohammed T. Mehdi, secretary general of the committee, joined Ghazi Khankan and Mohammed Rabie in unfurling the flag and setting fire to it after they cut out the Star of David. Police put out the fire and issued summonses to the three.
