Testimony to be provided by seven Jewish witnesses, now en route from Israel, will largely determine whether the federal prosecutor here will ask Parliament to lift the immunity of Dr. Theodor Oberlaender, former Minister for Refugees, whose alleged Nazi past is now being investigated by the law enforcement agencies and by Parliament itself, the prosecutor’s office said today.
