Several groups are asking people to urge U.S. lawmakers on Wednesday to reject $12 billion in extra aid to Israel. The U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, a group led by some Jewish doves, joined the “Washington Wednesday” campaign to protest $4 billion in military aid and $8 billion in loan guarantees that the Bush administration may approve for Israel later this year.
