Premier Moshe Sharett summoned Soviet Ambassador Alexander Abramov to his office here today to discuss the Israel-Egyptian border situation. Later, he also discussed the matter with French Ambassador P.E. Gilbert.
It is under stood that Mr. Sharett brought up the murderous attack on a wedding party at the Patish settlemen last Thursday night as well as the United Nations Security Council discussion of the Gaza clash. The Ambassadors of the United States and Britain were asked to confer with Mr. Sharett last Saturday.
Meanwhile, Defense Minister David Ben Gurion visited Patish today to inspect the scene of last week’s raid. He met with the bride and groom, whose wedding celebration was turned into a nightmare by hand grenades and Sten gun bullets, and spoke with other settlers.
