The Palestine section of the Zionist General Council yesterday heard Moshe Shertok, head of the Jewish Agency’s political department, give a comprehensive report on the political situation in London, it was announced today. David Ben Gurion, Agency chairman, outlined war-time political plans. Organization and economic questions were postponed to the next meeting. It is understood that the problem of broadening the Jewish Agency Executive is still far from a solution because of the question of non-Zionist representation and the claims of Zionist parties.

High Comissioner Sir Harold Alfred MacMichael today received Rabbi Moshe Blau and Dr. Isaac Breuer, leaders of the religious Agudath Israel organization, prior to their departure for the United States.
