Shimon Peres met with a top Palestinian negotiator in Sweden. Top Swedish officials sat in on the meeting between Israel’s foreign minister and the speaker of the Palestinian legislature, Ahmed Karia. A Swedish newspaper reported that Peres presented a peace plan during the meeting.
