The appeal of Isaac Shkolnik against his 10-year sentence will be heard by the Supreme Court of the Ukrainian SSR late next month, Jewish sources in the Soviet Union reported today. Shkolnik, who was sentenced by a military court in Vinnitsa on charges of spying for Israel and anti-Soviet propaganda, filed his appeal last week. No date has been set for the hearings, the sources reported.
