Shrapnel from missiles fired by Hezbollah gunmen landed in northern Israel. Residents of the city of Kiryat Shmona took refuge in bomb shelters for half an hour Tuesday after the shrapnel, which came from land-based missiles fired at Israeli aircraft, began to fall. No injuries were reported.
