The Revisionist, R. Berman, was arrested here yesterday when he refused to testify against the Brith Habiryonim (alleged Revisionist terrorist organization) in the hearing before Magistrate Bodilly of the 14 Revisionists accused of seditious offenses.
Among the documents introduced was a letter from Uri Zvi Grinberg, Yiddish and Hebrew poet, in which he expressed himself against the leader of the Revisionists, Vladimir Jabotinsky. “We need another leader,” said Grinberg, “Jabotinsky is dangerous. I think much of how to make the operation.”
A second letter introduced read: “The fighting Jewish youth will have to leave the Revisionists and establish a militaristic, revolutionary Zionist movement.”
The next hearing in the case will be held September 12, according to the orders of the court.
