Pressure of work has obliged Dr. Abba Hillel Silver of The Temple, Cleveland, to discontinue as a regular contributor to the week-end edition of the Jewish Daily Bulletin.
In a letter of explanation, Dr. Silver writes:
“My duties this year have been exceptionally heavy and I found it quite difficult to do justice to an editorial every week. I need not tell you that I enjoyed tremendously the opportunity which the Bulletin afforded rue in the last two years to express my views on vital Jewish issues freely when some of my views ran counter to the policies of your paper. I shall avail myself of the privilege from time to time to send you an article as the occasion presents itself and the spirit moves me.”
