Funeral services will be held tomorrow at Temple Beth Zion for Simon Fleischman, prominent Jewish attorney, who died here yesterday at the age of 71. Studying law in the firm of the late President Cleveland, Mr. Fleischman prepared briefs for Mr. Cleveland. In 1898 he was a member of the city council and two years later chairman of the council. A member of many important state and national legal committees he was named by Charles E. Hughes, then president of the American Bar Association, to the committee dealing with law reform.
