An investment of £10,000 in the Palestine orange industry was made by Sir Alfred Mond who is on a visit here.
It was learned today that Sir Alfred has purchased shares to this amount in the Gan Chaim Corporation, an American Jewish company formed to develop the citrus industry in Palestine.
