Sir Arthur John Levy, who supervised the cutting and polishing of the famous “Stars of Africa” from the Cullinan Diamond, died at his residence here yesterday at the age of 82. His death occurred just 30 years after the finished stones were delivered to King Edward VII at Windsor Castle.
