Sir John Chancellor, the High Commissioner for Palestine, will complete his term of office in August, and will leave Palestine for good the same month, the Hebrew daily “Haaretz” writes.

The Hebrew Labour daily “Davar” states that it has learned that Mr. Albert M. Hyamson, the Chief Immigration Officer, is on his way to England on leave, and has signed on for an additional five years’ service, although he has reached the age at which he is entitled to retire on pension.
