A special six-week seminar for immigrant rabbis was opened here today to help orientate the rabbis regarding ministrations they will face in the new settlements where they are the spiritual leaders. The course also offers “refreshers” about special religious precepts that apply only to Jews in the Holy Land.
The seminar has been organized in cooperation between the ministries of education and of religious affairs, the Jewish Agency, and the Chief Rabbinate.
