The Jews will get “only proportional rights” and efforts will be made to decrease their influence in business if the autonomist Slovak People’s Party gains power, it was indicated by the party’s leader, Father Andrej Hlinka, in his speech to 100,000 supporters here Sunday.
“Since the Jews are as God suffers them, we must get along with them too, but they will have only proportional rights,” Father Hlinka declared. “They must work as we do, instead of only doing business.”
