Dr. Percy Yutar, chief professional assistant to the Attorney General and prominent Jewish communal leader, has been named Deputy Attorney General of Transvaal. Mr. Yutar, 49, who will take up his new post on June 1, is a past president of the Johannesburg United Hebrew Congregation. During his professional career, he prosecuted many celebrated cases including the Oppenheimer Jewel theft.
