German Socialist organizations of Greater New York and Queens county sections of the Socialist party will hold a mass protest meeting against. “Nazi propaganda and intrigues that are poisoning the hearts and minds of the Germans in the United States,” at Myrtle and Onderdonk avenues, in Ridgewood, tomorrow evening.
Organizers of the meeting characterized the section where it is to be held as the center of Nazi activities in the East, and indicated that similar demonstrations will be staged all over the country as a clear warning to “all professional meddlers and paid propagandists.”
Speakers at the Friday meeting will include Elliott White, writer; James Oneal, editor of the New Leader; Samuel A. de Witt; Siegfried Lipschitz, director of the Trans-Atlantic Information Service, and Siegfried Jungnitsch, managing editor of the Neue Volkszeitung.
