A Turkish Society to counteract the activities of the Christian Missionary Groups in the Republic has been formed here. The Turkish press, in announcing the formation of the new Society, lauds its purpose, expressing resentment of the methods of conversion employed by the missionaries.
Fourteen hundred Jewish children are enrolled in the missionary schools in Constantinople. It is expected that Turkish Jews will cooperate with the new Society.
