Nahum Sokolow, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, was the guest at dinner of Baron Edmond de Rothschild, the distinguished philanthropist, with whom he discussed Palestine matters.
Dr. Sokolow will return to London on Sunday afternoon and will be received at the station by a reception committee.
In the evening he will be the guest of honor at a celebration arranged by the “Haolam” to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of its founding, under the editorship of Dr. Sokolow.
The “Haolam” is the official Hebrew organ of the World Zionist Organization. Dr. Sokolow is the editor-in-chief of the paper which is published weekly, and M. Kleinman is the managing editor.
