Israeli soldiers will participate in the traditional seder Wednesday night at every post where they are stationed. The major Israel Defense Force seder will be held at a navy base with President Ephraim Katzir and Defense Minister Shimon Peres attending. Premier Yitzhak Rabin and Chief of Staff Gen. Mordechai Gur will attend another seder in the north. At all seders, bereaved families are traditionally invited to attend as guests of the units in which fallen loved ones served.
