Some 20 members of a new Canadian rabbis’ group met with Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The Canadian Rabbinic Caucus, a multidenominational group from across the country, also met Wednesday in Ottawa with government representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and other federal offices, as well as members of Parliament from multiple parties.
