Some 200 left-wing demonstrators were detained after they pelted police with stones on the sidelines of a far-right demonstration in Bonn. The clashes took place after about 500 counter-protesters were cordoned off by police to keep them away from a similar number of supporters of the far-right National Democratic Party.
