Some 95 percent of former members of the Young Judaea Zionist youth group are married to other Jews, according to a recent survey. They were more than twice as likely as Jews in the general population to light Shabbat candles, to keep kosher and to attend services monthly; and they were nearly twice as likely to be synagogue members, according to the survey of 603 alumni of the Hadassah- sponsored group.
