Some of the Palestinian terrorists who took part in the standoff at Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity are expected to leave Cyprus on Wednesday. A Spanish military plane will fly 12 of the 13 terrorists to six E.U. states that agreed to accept them. It is not yet clear where the 13th Palestinian will be exiled.
