Some Palestinian nonprofits will forfeit U.S. aid rather than promise not to associate with terrorist groups. The groups are refusing to sign a pledge stating that they will not transfer money to groups involved in terrorism. The groups giving up the aid, which mainly comes from the U.S. Agency for International Development, include the Palestinian Red Crescent, the emergency relief agency.
