A South African Legion for Haganah has been formed here to aid in raising funds for the Palestinian Jewish defense organization and to acquaint the people of South Africa with the work of the Jewish ##litia, it was announced during the week-end. Authorization for formation of the region was given by the Haganah and the Americans for Haganah along whose lines the region will operate.
