The Zionist parties in South Africa have agreed not to hold elections for delegates to the forthcoming World Zionist Congress, but to divide the ten seats assigned to South Africa on the same basis as in 1948. Under this arrangement the United Zionists would receive four seats, the Zionist Socialists, three seats and the Revisionists, three.
