The Zionist Federation of South Africa has arranged a loan of 250, 000 pounds ($700, 000) for the Jewish Agency to help it establish settlements along Israel** border, S.M. Kuper, chairman of the federation, announced today. He revealed that 100, 000 pounds has already been borrowed.
