The Southwestern Region of the Zionist Organization of America, at a special meeting here last night, decided to raise $1,350,000 for the establishment of a housing project in Israel which will accommodate more than 3,000 refugee immigrants.
Zionist groups throughout the U.S. are organizing similar housing projects in anticipation of the tremendous housing needs which are expected to arise when the Influx of Jewish immigrants to Israel increases in the near future.
