The Supreme Court of the Russian Soviet Government has rejected the appeal of Bundist and later agent provocateur Sokolinsky, confirming his death sentence. From 1903 to 1917 Sokolinsky delivered numerous Bundists to Ochrana. When the Soviet Government came into being Sokolinsky was arrested and sentenced to die. His appeal from that sentence has now been denied. He was arrested in Moscow, where he was living under the assumed name of Mishan.
