A three-member Soviet delegation is in Israel to take part in the celebrations marking the 33rd anniversary of the Allied victory over the Nazis. The Russians, who are here as guests of the Soviet-Israel Friendship Movement, participated in the victory rally yesterday at the Red Army Forest near Jerusalem. The delegation comprises Dimitri Mamalayev, deputy editor of “Sovietskaya Cultura”; Jewish World War II hero Heinrich Hofman, who was a pilot in the Soviet airforce; and Yuri Michayev, of the Novosti News Agency.
