Three Soviet diplomats were harassed outside their Embassy today by Jewish Defense League members who called them murderers. The Embassy filed a written protest with the State Department, which was expected to apologize formally as it has in previous such incidents. The Embassy said the diplomats were accosted when they tried to enter a car. A JDL spokesman said they were harassed separately and that after a brief scuffle one of the diplomats ran to a nearby hotel to call the police. There were no arrests.
