Four Russian Jewish families from the Georgian Republic today ended a sit-in at Lydda Airport which they began on their arrival last Friday in protest against the housing allocated to them by the Absorption Ministry. The families have gone to live with relatives pending a decision by the Ministry. The families demanded flats in Lydda township where their relatives live, rejecting alternatives offered in Nahariya. Arad, Ashkelon or Kfar Atta. A Ministry spokesman said no flats were available in Lydda at present but its alternatives are still open.
