Soviet Jewish activists from Kiev and other cities were due to gather Sunday to memorialize Col. Efim Davidovich who died April 24, according to the Greeter New York Conference on Soviet Jewry. Col. Lev Ovsischer, a close friend of Davidovich who also has been subjected to constant harassment is to lead the services.
