Reports here concerning alleged Soviet jamming of British Broadcasting Corporation Hebrew-language programs beamed to Israel indicated today that BBC officials may circumvent the interference by broadcasting from stations outside Britain. The officials are said to have evidence that their Hebrew-language program have listeners behind the Iron Curtain, but noted that this audience is not encouraged to write to London about the programs.
