THE GOVERNMENT LITERARY PUBLISHING HOUSE, GOSLITIZDAT, IS PREPARING TO PUBLISH IN 1938, FIRST IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND THEN IN YIDDISH, AN ANTHOLOGY OF MEDIEVAL HEBREW LITERATURE, INCLUDING WORKS BY YEHUDA HALEVI, IBN EZRA AND OTHER. PROMINENT HEBREW AND YIDDISH WRITERS PREPARED THE TRANSLATIONS. THE ANTHOLOGY WILL CONTAIN ABOUT 200 PAGES, OF WHICH 80 WILL BE POETRY AND THE REST PROSE.
