Soviet Won’t Admit Herman Bernstein

The Soviet government has again refused to vise the passport of Herman Bernstein editor of the “Jewish Tribune” of New York, who is here on a world tour.

Mr. Bernstein planned to proceed from here to Russia.

Negotiations have been concluded for a consolidation of the National Cloak and Suit Company, with total assets of more than $25,000,000, and Bellas, Hess & Co., it was announced. H. B. Hess will head the combined company.
