Permission for 36 Chalutzim, Zionist pioneers, to leave Russia, was today granted by the Soviet authorities to members of right and left wing groups of the He’Halutz, pioneer organization. Eighteen of the Chalutzim will be able to enter Palestine without difficulty because their visas have been arranged for.
The others will be compelled to remain in Russia until their visas are obtained, thus facing the danger that their passports will expire making it impossible for them ever to realize their ambition of going to Palestine.
